Philips Lifeline is an easy-to-use medical alert service that helps older adults live safely and independently in their own homes. The Lifeline program is designed to provide each subscriber with prompt, courteous care at the press of a button 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Once a subscriber presses their waterproof personal help button, they are connected with a Lifeline Personal Response Associate who will assess their need and respond appropriately, whether it's calling a loved one, neighbor, or emergency services.

While Lifeline is primarily utilized in medical emergencies, the system also allows the subscriber to:

  • Answer the telephone without having to rush to grab a handset and risk falling.
  • Maintain peace of mind knowing that help is available at the press of a button.
  • Receive reminders regarding medications or daily tasks.

With Lifeline, seniors can live with confidence knowing that help is available at the press of a button.
